An accurate and reliable overview of the technical state of a building is important, especially for the purchase or sale of the property. What is the condition of the heating- and air handling systems? What is the structural condition? And what about the maintenance position? Hofstede cs can determine these aspects for you and provide you with a structural report.
We will undertake the structural assessment according to Dutch Standard 2767. We will qualify and quantify all flaws and defects to the building and any plant accurately. We will provide you with a risk estimation and a reliable perennial maintenance plan. This indicates a clear overview of which financial reserves should be considered for the short, medium range and long-term maintenance.
Doubt regarding the maintenance and/or structural condition could potentially lead to discussions during transactions of properties but also for financing purposes. In those cases Hofstede cs will provide objective and impartial information.
During asbestos assessments or when establishing a complete surface area certificate, we inspect the building accurate and thorough. If the inspections are to be undertaken in conjunction, we can save considerable time and fees.
